Childbirth Educator
I teach in-person childbirth classes in both private and group settings. Group classes are located in Mount Airy, Maryland. I also serve the towns of New Market, Damascus, Woodbine, Ijamsville, Sykesville, Eldersburg, and Westminster. Birth Boot Camp classes are designed to prepare you completely for pregnancy, labor, birth, and breastfeeding with an emphasis on physiologic birth and midwifery care options.

Connect with other expectant couples, choose a birth team that will support your needs, and build confidence in yourself as a parent.

Practice relaxation techniques, pain management techniques, and labor positions.
