I became passionate about childbirth education after giving birth to my first child. I was fortunate to have taken a class that prepared me to have a physiologically natural birth in a hospital that left me feeling confident and empowered. It was a peak experience for me. I wanted every woman to feel as satisfied as I was in childbirth. I wanted to be a voice of positivity about birth so I became certified as a childbirth instructor.
I choose to teach Birth Boot Camp Classes because they are designed to prepare you physically, mentally, and emotionally for a safe and satisfying birth. In-person group classes are held in my home in Mount Airy, MD. I teach private classes as well. You can find more details about my classes below!
Your Comprehensive Childbirth Education Includes:
